Here at Navigation Church we intentionally celebrate what the Lord has done, is doing, and is about to do in our lives.
Scripture: Acts 2

Discussion Topics:

1. In your own words describe what occurred in Acts 2 on the day of Pentecost.
2. Can you see in the scriptures where Jesus “ate his way through the gospels” and why having PARTY as a core value at Navigation Church is important?  Give some examples.
3. Pastor Brent’s first point in the sermon was, “The party wasn’t for them”. Do you only go to church for you? Do you only worship and serve God for you? If you answer ‘yes’ to either of these questions then what is your next step to understanding that it’s not all about you?
4. We see in Acts 2 that when the Spirit of God comes in it will attract different types of people. Are you ok connecting with people that aren’t just like you? Where is the balance of accepting people as they are and standing up for righteousness?
5. Pastor David stated the number one reason people do not come to church is because we project our “NO” on to them. Is there someone in your life that your fear of rejection or mental reasoning has you already expressing “no” to them?
