Let’s Talk Jesus – Joseph

This is a time for your imagination to run wild and to project yourself into the shoes, or sandals, of Jesus’ earthly father, Joseph. Walk through the events of Joseph’s life and give an honest thought on how you would respond, what would you have been thinking, and how all of this would impact your world.

• Your soon to be wife tells you that she is pregnant, but she hasn’t been with another man.
• You are visited by an angel telling you that Mary is telling the truth.
• You wonder how this will impact your relationship with Mary, your business, and your reputation.
• You are visited by the Magi that make you rich overnight.
• You have another dream to flee for your life to Egypt.
• You have at least one more dream that it is safe to come home, but now you have to relocate to another town.

2. If there was one attribute that you could take from Joseph’s story, (hearing and responding to God, honoring his wife, carrying a God size burden, etc.) what would it be and why?
