Discussion topics
1. Honest question right off the bat… How likely are you to change? You know there is a place in your life that a small, or large change would make your life better. What keeps you from changing? Discipline? Lack of knowledge? Fear? Comfort?
2. Joshua 5:8 says, “And after the whole nation had been circumcised, they remained where they were in camp until they were healed”. Do you have a testimony of a time where God removed something in your life and then allowed a season of healing to come?
3. Pastor pointed out three things that change could produce. Which one of these scares you the most?
- Uncertainty- You don’t know how it’s going to turn out
- Rejection- People around you won’t support you
- Struggle- Outside your comfort zone
4. In 2023 we are focused on a year of Radical Devotion. Joshua 5:12 says, “The manna stopped the day after they ate this food from the land; there was no longer any manna for the Israelites, but that year they ate the produce of Canaan”. What does this scripture and Radical Devotion have to do with each other?
