Mercy
Everyone has problems forgiving someone. For some people… it is forgiving themselves. This week we look at the subject of mercy and will discover the power of having been shown it and yielding to it with others.

- “Mercy says – you sin, God pays” How and where have you experienced this unearned forgiveness in your life? Share a story.
- “Forgiveness is not tolerating bad behavior. Forgiveness is not trust. Forgiveness is not reconciliation. Forgiveness is giving up the right to hurt them back.” That’s a bold statement! What does this statement mean to you? Where have you had the opportunity to “give up the right”?
- As followers of Jesus we practice forgiveness by seeing the face of Jesus in those who hurt us. What if you did this? Who do you need to forgive? What if you practiced forgiving them?
