Holy Spirit is Here to Equip

What does it look like to have the Holy Spirit active in your life?  The blueprint for this can be found in the New Testament ready for you to express today.

Discussion topics

1. Of the four weeks, is there anything that doesn’t make sense?  Is there a week or statement that has opened your eyes to who Holy Spirit is?  What has your biggest take away been so far?

Week one recap – If you do not see Holy Spirit as a person then you will never have a personal relationship with him.

Week two recap – Holy Spirit is working towards a divine purpose and that is to bring the presence of God to human beings.

Week three recap – When Holy Spirit takes up His abode within us, He does so with a plan and a purpose.

Week four recap – Holy Spirit will empower you with supernatural gifts to reveal and glorify Jesus for the profit of the corporate Body of Christ.

2. Take time to talk about these three gifts.  What do you understand, where did you receive clarity, is there any confusing one or more of these or do you have a personal revelation that you have in one of these areas?

The gifts of manifestation:

Healing – supernatural endowments of divine health

Faith – a supernatural impartation of belief and confidence for a specific situation 

Miracles – divine intervention that alters our natural circumstances

3. Take time to talk about these three gifts.  What do you understand, where did you receive clarity, is there any confusing one or more of these or do you have a personal revelation that you have in one of these areas?

The gifts of administration:

Discerning of Spirits – the ability to discern the source of a spiritual manifestation, whether it is Holy Spirit, an evil spirit, or merely the human spirit

Word of Wisdom – a divine answer or solution for a particular event

Word of Knowledge – to know something specific without having the knowledge through natural means
