This week we discover how to become an “Everyday Hero” in our faith by looking at the biblical character Habakkuk. Through his life and actions we see what to do when a good guy has a bad day and doesn’t understand what God is doing.
Scripture: Habakkuk 1-3

Discussion Topics:

  1. What did you hear or learn from the life of Habakkuk? Was this your first time hearing about this biblical character?
  2. Habakkuk was able to be honest with God through his complaints, but also open to being challenged in his thinking and actions. Where is at least one area in your life where you need to take your complaints to God and be open to attitude or action adjustments?
  3. In Sunday’s message we saw where Habakkuk was able to find a place to worship and trust in God in spite of the unknown circumstances of his life. What truth of who God is can encourage you when you are in a place of unknown circumstances?
